The domain and its history
This domain previously carried the website of a Mississippi civil litigation practice. That practice no longer operates under this name and no longer publishes here. The magazine took up the public subject the domain had carried, and writes about it independently, under its own name, in its own voice, with its own editorial team. Nothing on the site is a statement by, for or about any law firm, and no page reproduces the earlier site's content, names, addresses or images.
Who the magazine is for
The reader may be a driver after a crash, a small business owner looking at a denied claim, a paralegal preparing a file, a student meeting civil procedure for the first time, or a journalist checking a detail.
